INITIAL INSPECTION/REGISTRATION

  • Walk-over visual inspection completed by team member

  • Summary report/overview of visual inspection with photographic documentation

  • Client is registered in On-Line Roof Management Program with 24/7/365 toll-free phone access for leak service repairs

  • Response Time 24-48 hours

ROOF LEAK MITIGATION

  • Client calls to request leak investigation and analysis1

  • Technician sources repair with compatible materials

  • Upon repair completion, photographic documentation and report with recommendations for any additional services required as defined in the levels below

LEVEL 1 — LIGHT Maintenance Recommendations and Inspection

  • Provide labor and materials to perform scope of work as developed by initial inspection

  • Perform an Infrared Analysis of the roof (≤ 20,000 sf)2

  • Photographic documentation and report

LEVEL 2 — MEDIUM Maintenance Recommendations and Inspection

  • Provide labor and materials to perform scope of work as developed by Roof Leak Mitigation and/or Level 1 Report

  • Photographic documentation and report

  • Leak-Free Service Agreement

  • Annual Inspection

LEVEL 3 — HEAVY Maintenance Recommendations and Inspection

  • Provide labor and materials to perform scope of work as developed by Roof Leak Mitigation and/or Level 1 Report

  • Photographic documentation and report

  • Leak-Free Warranty

  • Annual Inspection

1– Restricted roof access may preclude this service being provided.
2– This service may not be available in certain areas.
